The fourth Elphin Roots Festival is just two weeks away!! Please come and hang out and support this little gem of a festival! The artists come to play for an equal share of what ever we make on ticket sales, and that is pretty cool. They are coming to have a great time and play some fabulous music

Accomadations: There are lots of lovely places to stay/camp in the area. Check out www.lanarkhighlands.ca or www.perthchamber.com for lots of ideas.
Food: We are so lucky to have the Elf-Inn Express on site! This is more than a chip wagon, folks. They have tempeh burgers and wraps, roast their own turkey, cut the fries, and even give all their oil to a guy who runs his car on it! Call them at 613-278-1372 with questions about food.
Vendors/crafts: Many wonderful vendors are coming to the festival right after they finish the McDonald's Corners farmers market. There will be fair trade organic coffee and sweets, jewelry, hand crafted soap, wood carvings and more!
Kids: We love kids! We have a cute kids area with a teepee, bouncy log, hoops, balls and bubbles. The whole area is clearly visable from the audience, so that's nice. Some teenage friends of ours will be doing face painting in the afternoon aswell. The whole festival site is well back from any road, and is friendly and safe for your whole family.
Dogs: Not so much!
